These terms govern your use of Intent’s website, waitlist, and services. By using Intent, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Intent.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee access. We may invite people in any order, limit early access, or change or end the program at any time.

What Intent is

Intent is a two-sided marketplace. It connects people who need things with people and businesses who have things (“providers”). Your agent learns what you need and helps bring relevant options to you. Intent is not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Your conduct

• Give accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Don’t use Intent for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful.
• Don’t send spam, scrape the service, or try to break or overload it.
• Don’t impersonate anyone or misrepresent what you need or offer.

Your content

What you post, including your intent cards, belongs to you. You give Intent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display it only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the service. You can delete your content at any time.

Offers from others

Offers, products, and services come from the providers who make them. They are responsible for them, including accuracy, pricing, and delivery. Review offers carefully before you accept.

Disclaimers

Intent is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Intent won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Intent at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service or others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use Intent means you accept the updated terms.
